We’re excited to welcome a wonderful variety of vendors to the Christ Church Holiday Market! Most vendors and mediums are welcome, and we love having a mix of handmade goods, art, gifts, specialty items, and other unique offerings for our shoppers to enjoy.
Because the Holiday Market is held in conjunction with the beloved Christ Church Cookie Walk, we are not accepting vendors selling baked goods. We want to make sure our Cookie Walk remains the sweet spot for cookies and baked treats during the event. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us make both events a success!
Vendor spaces will be located on the grounds of Christ Episcopal Church bordering Middle and Pollock Streets in Downtown New Bern. Each vendor space is 10' x 10'. A display tent is required. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, displays, and other necessary equipment. Electricity is not provided, and gas-powered generators are not permitted. Vendors may set up as early as 7:00AM on the morning of the event.
The Holiday Market will be held rain or shine, and there is no rain date. Because vendor fees are considered donations to the ministries of Christ Episcopal Church, refunds will not be issued.
Vendors have until November 20 to register for a space. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early! Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space. Your space is not confirmed until your application has been accepted and payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is received.
